Writing
Basically what you’re going to do is gather all of your information. What I would do is create a chart with MS and HS on it. Explain everything that happens in Middle School, and everything that happens in High School. This way you have all of your general information in an organized place.
I would then create your thesis statement, the statement which will then allow you to create a successful essay. For this instance, I’d do something like, “Middle School and High School are two completely different environments because Middle School , but High School .”
That could be a very good thesis. For your introductory paragraph, I’d begin with a topic sentence. It is optional to begin with your thesis. If you do, then you would state your thesis, and then write general facts in the introductory paragraph. For instance, you can write that High School allows students to be more independent and have more freedoms. Do not say a specific instance in which a High Schooler might have more freedoms and independence. That comes later in your paper.
Once you’re finished your introductory paragraph, I’d write one paragraph on everything about Middle School, one paragraph about everything about High School. Then you can write a paragraph about how they defer from each other. Your last paragraph should sum up everything. (Conclusion)

Writing
start with an outline, in it determine your points and note the differences
an outline can help you to develop an overall theme for the essay
first paragraph should summarize the main ideas of the essay
follow that up with the grizly details
end the page with a conclusion
